Architect's assistant

Duties:

Surveying and inspection of buildings;
Project coordination and submission;
Project development and binding;

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills;
Good knowledge of Latvian language;
High sense of responsibility for work;
Experience with Autocad is desirable;

Office Administrator (Part Time)

Duties:

Draw up contracts, invoices and other documents;
Compile applications in the EIS system;
Ordering stationery and other items;
Maintenance of office space;
Time planning and scheduling;

Requirements:

Good communication skills;
Positive attitude towards work;
High accuracy and sense of responsibility;
Knowledge of Latvian language (knowledge of Russian language will be considered an advantage);
